May El Mallawany has over 25 years’ experience in the fields of Administration, Management, Legal and Human Resources.

She joined SMART, the mother company in 2007, where she headed the HR Department.

She holds a BA in Business Administration from AUC.

She also holds a number of Professional, Business Certificates and Diplomas: Certified HR and Compensation Professional, (CPHRC), Financial Diploma and International Strategy Business Diploma.

Ms. EL Mallawany is a Board Member in SMART in-charge of HR as well as advising Damen’s HR department.

She is also a Board Member in a number of companies: National Telecommunications Holding Company, Egypt Cyber Center, Advanced Smart Cards Company and others.

Her areas of expertise include HR, Management, incorporating, merging, restructuring and spinning off subsidiaries.
